可是，当你输入这长串域名……还真能跳转Hotels.com的网站首页。
可是，这史上最长域名显然是广告创意公司 CP+B精心策划的一场“闹剧”。
Quinn Katherman（CP+B创意总监）表示，这是为了传达：Hotels.com让你无论身处何时何地都能自在做自己。“很多人往往会忽略了域名的存在，让大家再次注意到域名最好的办法就是发布最长的域名。”
除了史上最长的域名，Hotels.com还推出系列广告短片，告诉你在无论多荒谬的场景中都要：You do you and get rewarded！（做自己，就能获得回报）

Hotels.com推出这个活动的目的是推广网站中的优惠活动——输入优惠码码“MORETHANHOTELS”，即享有满200刀减20刀。
